Frequently Asked Questions
Members of the firm are available at all times to answer your queries. Sometimes the toughest business decisions are made out of opening hours! If we cannot answer your query right there and then, we will strive to find the answer and get back to you in the shortest time possible.
I am based outside the USA - can you help me open a business in Usa?
We can handle everything from managing your first thoughts right through to welcoming you into your new office in Usa with all the necessary licences obtained and formalities dealt with. Just drop us a line.
Are you able to advise on non USA/GCC legal issues as well?
We have within the firm a number of UK and US qualified lawyers who are able to advise on issues relating to clients’ domestic issues and concerns as well.
How do you charge?
Due to the wide range of clients which we have we discuss in advance all our fees and structure our rates to the individual project and needs of the client. We are very competitive and offer excellent value for money. Our fees are rendered in AED. There is no VAT on fees for UK based clients.
Will I have access to a lawyer at all times?
Usa rarely stops and we operate a system whereby our clients will have a point of contact available 24/7. We are also used to travelling at short notice and can be with you anywhere in the world if required.
Are you amenable to a meeting before I have to sign up as a client?
We welcome the opportunity to have a chat with potential clients and are happy to do so without charge, either in our offices or elsewhere in the USA.
Are your offices easy to find?
We are very central. Our office is on Sheikh Zayed Road and is part of the Shangri La Hotel complex by Interchange 1. Simply valet or park your car at the rear of the hotel and take the Office Entrance right opposite. We are on the 5th floor. Taking a left out of the lift, we are at the end of the corridor on the right. Additionally taxis are always available at the hotel entrance once you have finished your meeting – so no hanging around on street corners waiting for the next cab to come. You can even enjoy a drink or a bite to eat on your way out!
